Luxury Fractional Ownership Group accepts applications from drivers, which are carefully screened for identity verification, driving record, criminal history, employment verification financial ability, credit report, and other criteria through a comprehensive background check prior to being approved for fractional ownership of automobiles.  Our thorough review procedures are intended to protect the integrity of the fractional ownership program and to ensure the safe enjoyment of luxury and exotic automobiles.  

Every fractional owner is provided thorough instruction on the use of the chosen luxury automobile.  All Luxury Fractional Ownership Group automobiles are equipped with Lojack theft-deterrent devices and/or GPS locators.  Luxury Fractional Ownership Group is committed to safe and responsible driving.  Every fractional owner must agree to the detailed rules and regulations which are designed to foster the safe use of the vehicles and to preserve their value. The Rules and Regulations for Luxury Fractional Ownership Group automobiles are summarized as follows: 

1.  Know your vehicle.

2.  Drive courteously, safely and in accordance with all laws.

3.  Never ever drink and drive.

4.  Treat the vehicle as you would your own. 
Please note:  smoking is not permitted in Luxury Fractional Ownership Group automobiles.

5.  As a vehicle owner you are responsible for any damage to, or caused by, your vehicle.

6.  Usage may be suspended or terminated for not following the rules.

7.  Careful use of vehicle preserves asset value at final disposition.
