Why should I consider fractional ownership of a luxury automobile?
Fractional ownership of luxury automobiles enables the substantial enjoyment of these superb automobiles without the concerns of full-time ownership, maintenance, and storage.  Since luxury automobiles are generally used in limited amounts by their owners, fractional ownership tailors actual use and ownership with substantially reduced costs and hassles.  An additional feature of fractional ownership is the opportunity to experience other luxury automobiles through the exchange of usage periods with other fractional owners. 

What is the cost of fractional automobile ownership?
While the price of fractional ownership depends on the automobile selected, the initial cost will generally be approximately one-sixth of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).  Annual fees, which include insurance and maintenance, generally range from $5,000 to $10,000, although for certain exotic automobiles, the annual fee will be higher.  A portion of your initial investment will be returned upon the disposition of the vehicle at the end of the three-year fractional ownership contract. 

How long is the vehicle owned?
The typical fractional ownership contract is for three years, with each owner having eight weeks of use annually.

How does fractional ownership compare to the cost of purchasing a luxury automobile outright?
Assuming a $150,000 automobile, such as an Aston Martin, Luxury Fractional Ownership Group estimates that a three-year fractional ownership, including initial cost and annual maintenance fees will cost approximately $40,000 (after return of a portion of initial investment on disposition), as compared to approximately $100,000 if the automobile were owned outright.  Owners of luxury and exotic automobiles generally drive their cars in limited amount or only during specific seasons, often driving only a few thousand miles per year.  Fractional ownership allows you to buy equity in your dream car and as a result only pay for amount of time that you use, without the hassles and capital and commitment associated with owning the automobile outright. 

How does scheduling work?
At the beginning of each contract an initial schedule of usage for the vehicle will be set for the first contract year.  This schedule may be modified on an annual basis based upon the desires of the owner group.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the scheduling needs of each owner. 

What if the car I own is damaged by another driver?
If a vehicle is damaged, Luxury Fractional Ownership Group will get the vehicle repaired as expeditiously as possible through our network of service providers.  While the vehicle is out of service, either a suitable substitute vehicle will be obtained, or if that is not possible, the use period of each driver will be appropriately extended.  In extreme circumstances, such as extensive damage to a vehicle, Luxury Fractional Ownership Group has the option of causing an early termination of the contract with an appropriate return of investment based upon insurance proceeds received. 

What happens if the car breaks down?
In addition to any manufacturer-provided roadside assistance programs, Luxury Fractional Ownership Group has an on-call service for roadside assistance available 24 hours a day to provide assistance when needed. 

What cars are available for fractional ownership?
Virtually any dream automobile is available and only requires us to be able to assemble a group of five or six owners to share the vehicle.  Among the most popular vehicles are Aston Martin, Bentley, Corvette, Ferrari, Hummer, Lamborghini, Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce. 

When are payments due ?
The initial $100 application fee is payable with the submission of an application.  This fee covers our detailed screening process for applicants.  Upon acceptance, an initial $5,000 deposit is due and will be held in our escrow account pending delivery of the selected vehicle.  The balance of the initial payment is due in our escrow account approximately 30 days prior to initial delivery, at which time the initial annual maintenance fee is due, along with a $2,500 security deposit.  The remaining annual maintenance fees are due thirty days prior to the first and second anniversaries of the contract. 

What are the qualifications for owners?
Luxury Fractional Ownership Group carefully screens driving records for potential fractional owners.  Drivers must have a satisfactory driving record in order to qualify for this selective program.  In addition, Luxury Fractional Ownership Group conducts a complete background and credit check for all applicants.  Luxury Fractional Ownership Group promotes safe driving enjoyment and our objective is to have fractional owners who share this ideal. 

What if a car is stolen?
Each Luxury Fractional Ownership Group automobile is equipped with Lojack or other GPS locator devices and can be readily located by local police.

What if an owner fails to comply with Luxury Fractional Ownership Group rules and regulations?
Luxury Fractional Ownership Group reserves the right to terminate any driver-owner’s rights to use a vehicle in the event of abuse, material change in driving record, or other breach of rules and regulations.  In the event of such termination, the driver forfeits all rights under the contract but remains responsible for obligations to Luxury Fractional Ownership Group.
